This video is the AW Covert -Jet Suppressor with 16.1 inch barrel.  The ammo used was .180 grain subsonic followed by .185 grain Lapua full pressure rounds.   The magazine was loaded alternating the ammo listed above to show the comparison of subsonic and supersonic ammo being used in the same weapon.
